We first started diving in the summer of 1998, we took a PADI course in the UK and once we had our "Open Water" and then Advanced certification we dived as often as we could, we did our 100th dive on the 3rd February 1999, we were diving Woodhouse Reef in the Straights of Tiran, Red Sea.  Most of the critters you see on the following pages were found by my wife Janet for me to photograph.

The site is run by our friend Dave who encouraged me to take up diving years ago, after doing so a while back we have been bitten by the "dive bug". We finally got to dive together in 2004 on a trip out to Sabah.  We also dived together on our recent trip to Lembeh Straits.Dave designed and built his own tank and all the instructions on how to build a marine aquarium are within the pages of the site.

Different areas of the world have different local names for the same species, example : a Napoleon Wrasse is the same fish as a Maori Wrasse, where i have named fish, i have done so to the best of my ability, do not take the names i have given any fish to be gospel, and naming Nudibranch's correctly is best left to the experts, for Nudibranch identification there is allways www.seaslugforum.net/ and http://www.nudipixel.net
